April 24th and again on the 29th, Joe handled both of my cars for service. Joe was courteous and professional in taking care of the service on my cars. I like Joe and feel that I can trust him. Getting an appointment for service is never a problem either. Joe Potocnak (service) assists me on a regular basis, getting me in and out for oil changes, inspections, etc.. He is great to work with. The staff is always busy there and you never see anyone just sitting around. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. They sell great products and provide excellent service. More

I have two cars that I regularly bring to Koerner for service and maintenance. I rely on Joe to take care of regular maintenance on the Escape and with my truck some not so regular maintenance.
