She is very well informed, made me feel at home, put me in the right vehicle immediately & answered ALL my quirky inquiries.GREAT TEAM! The team members I've worked with, Cheryl White-sales, Joe Potocnak-service, Allyn Perry-detailer, are the best! They are the friendliest bunch I've every had the pleasure to work with. They make me feel right at home, answer all my questions and take great care of me. Koerner is extremely lucky to have this group of people on their team. If it weren't for them, I might not be driving a new car. Cheryl White is very well informed. She showed me what I need to know to get started and feel comfortable driving off in my new car. She made it clear that I could come back ANYTIME to get more lessons on the intricacies of the SYNC/NAV system. She is so friendly and easy going, I feel like I've known her for years. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I can't think of anything I would change about the sales process. I had an appointment in the morning for an oil change, inspection & detail on my '08 & drove out in the afternoon with a new car. Cheryl White made the sales process fast, easy & uncomplicated. I needed inspection and oil changes on three vehicles. I called Monday morning and was told to come right down. As soon as one was finished, we brought down the next one. We only had to keep one there overnight as it needed a maintenance package check and a transmission flush. Three vehicles in 2 days...wonderful. And it's not as if they were waiting around for customers, they were busy the whole time and managed to take care of me and the other customers that came to the desk. Joe Potocnak handled each case with grace and patience. I will surely return there for my next service appointment. And I love that they wash the vehicle before pick-up, too. More

Everytime I call to make my appointment, Joe remembers me and is extreamly friendly and proffessional. I drop my car off at 7:30am and it is done a couple of hours later.
