I entered query on-line and Eric Scanna promptly responded last year. I was interested in a particular Ford but he explained the reasoning why I would be better suited in a different model as I am responded last year. There was a 2012 Ford Fusion on the floor our family fell in love with but thought we could not afford it. Suprisingly, we could! I had been driving various Hondas for a year and Eric's kindness and guidance were tremendous help in our decision. The finance woman came over and was able to provide us with an additional discount. I receive 26mpg City and on our first trip to Lancaster, PA, we received a whopping 32! I have the Boardeaux Red and it shimmers. It had all the bells and whistles and to this day, people tell me what a beautiful car it is! I would HIGHLY recommend Eric Scanna-you won't be disappointed! More

Ben did everything he could to let me know about every cost saving thing out there, things I was not aware of. He got my special order in and got the car delivered ahead of schedule. Another dealer could not find the cause after 5 visits to the shop. More
