It was, on the whole, a great experience. I walked into KOERNER ford and was greeted by Brian Gervais, immediately with a handshake an an introduction. Brian was respectful and did not use pressure tactics to proceed to sell or lease me a vehicle. That's what I liked most about Brian. The other people at Koener Ford were also friendly and looked like they enjoyed working at Koerner Ford. I especially liked the fact that my time was not being waisted on the sales tactics that are crass and time consuming by Koerner Ford while dealing with Brian. Pressure tactics turn customers off and make them irritated to a boiling point. That's what I encountered at various other dealerships, which upset me tremendously. Sales also followed up to ensure that regularly scheduled service was handled to my satisfaction. Service department performs the service in a timely fashion, and calls prior to performing any significant repair so there are no surprises when picking up the vehicle. Too bad more dealerships don't understand that communication is key. Koerner gets it. More
