We Googled the closest town that had dealers for all three manufacturers and set out to test drive all three. To our pleasant surprise Kokomo Auto world handled two of them. Cain Landwerlen met us at the door and after listening to our needs brought both vehicles (Honda & Toyota) up so we could do a side by side comparison. How much easier could that have been. His knowledge of both vehicles and his insistence that he put us in the right vehicle was very helpful. After a test drive and eliminating one my wife was so impressed with the Honda CRV that she didn't even want to go to the other dealer for the third vehicle on her list. We had decided what option package and color we wanted but they didn't have anything in inventory. Once we zeroed it in on the exact vehicle options and Cain delivered the price offer we started the paper work to order it. He took the first round of paperwork to finance and seemed to be gone a bit longer than expected. When he came back he pushed a set of keys across the desk to us and said I have something for you and pointed out the window. It turns out the exact vehicle we were ordering had unloaded off the truck earlier in the day and had not been prepped or inventoried yet. Talk about Karma, we had our car that quick. It was late in the day Saturday so it couldn't be prepped til Monday. When we arrived to pick it up Cain spent all the time WE needed to feel comfortable knowing all the controls and features of the car. He even linked both of our phones to the vehicle for us since that can be quite a stressful task for an old fart like me. I typically hate going car shopping because of prior dealings other car dealerships and I may have exhibited some distrust to Cain at the start of our encounter. Cain broke that barrier as he moved through everything at a pace that we were comfortable with and at no time made us feel pressured. He said his commitment was to put us in the right vehicle at the right price and he delivered. All in all a very satisfying experience. More

Best Customer Service EVER! I had my engine light come on while driving my 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was flashing yellow and then another light came on. I pulled off the road because the engine was not acting right. I called Bob Rohrman Honda in Lafayette. They could not get me in until next week so I asked if they knew of a Honda dealership in Kokomo. They gave me the number. I called Kokomo Auto World. They were able to get me right in! I dealt with Megan Hembree. She was very nice. She told me that they could take me where ever I needed to go while they looked at my van. I chose to sit in they waiting room. While there Megan kept me very informed of everything. Everyone that passed through the room asked if they could help me or find out why it was taking awhile. I was so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the whole staff. One of the owner's even checked on me. Greg. They were able to find out what the problem was and ordered the parts to fix it and replaced the spark plugs so that I could drive it until the parts come in. They also fixed the recall problems while I was there! This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! They truly care about their clients and want you to be happy! I will recommend Kokomo Auto World to everyone! More

Service above and beyond. I had an issue with an old problem that had been plaguing me for quite some time with my van. During a few visits, other issues were addressed and rep I had an issue with an old problem that had been plaguing me for quite some time with my van. During a few visits, other issues were addressed and repaired, but this one just wouldn't go away. Because of this issue, other issues arose and the combined problems mounted into a financial mess. In discussions with Mr. Landwerlen, ( Owner), it was established that K.A.World. would be kind enough to split the costs of repairs, leaving me with a bill of $900,00. Unlike any other dealership I've worked with in the past, K.A.World has a heart and an understanding of the people they serve. My hat's off to Mr. Landwerlen and the help of Jim Adams in "making it happen" at K.A. World. A dealer for the people. More
