My lease was ending in the next few months, so I went in to see about renewing it. The person I had used once before was out on medical leave for the next few weeks, so we were greeted by Danielle (Dani) Roberts, who asked if we would be fine with her helping us and, of course, we were. I had done my research online to see what new CR-V EX-L vehicles were available and had basically made my decision. We test drove it, I loved it, and we started the paperwork. Dani was very easy and pleasant to work with. She has a good sense of humor and was very personable and efficient. We ended up being there a little over 3 hours, which is a very reasonable amount of time getting a new car! The gentleman who did the finance part of the transaction, CP, was pleasant, thorough and offered all the possible extras we might have wanted. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we will definitely use Dani again in the future!! Throughout my 30+ years of dealing with first Honda West, then Honda of Fishers, and now Great Lakes Honda of Fishers, we have always appreciated their friendliness, professionalism and personability.
