Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had (& I'm 63 y.o.) My salesperson, Cain Landwerlen, was extremely helpful AND very friendly. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. During one of several test drives, I mentioned that I was concerned whether the AWD Honda Ridgeline (which I eventually purchased) could handle steep off-road terrain. He immediately instructed me to drive to a nearby large drainage ditch with fairly steep (? 35 to 45 degrees) walls. He let me drive down into and then out of this rather formidable drainage ditch which the Ridgeline handled with ease. Cain showed no reticence or balking at letting me try this maneuver which I really appreciated. When I sat down with Cain and Adam Alva to get a price quote, there was less pressure and anxiety compared to my previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships. In addition, Chris Scott gave me a good offer on my Toyota 4-Runner which I was trading in. I checked their price quote with another dealership (a larger one) in a different town, who told me that they could not beat the Kokomo Auto World price, and advised me to accept the offer. I also checked with TrueCar.com and found that the quote was slightly better than average (at the time). Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience at Kokomo Auto World and would highly recommend them. More
