"Entire staff is eager to serve"

My Toyota Corolla had a recall for an airbag, which is what occasioned my visit to Kokomo Auto World. During my two visits, I encountered five separate staff persons, and every one was friendly and very eager to serve. I could tell that this dealership is committed to high-quality customer service, especially Jason Enyeart, who made my service experience outstanding from beginning to end!

"Superior Service Department"

I have taken my car for service at Kokomo Auto World from it's first oil change. They've always gone above and beyond to help to take exceptional care of my car, and of me and my family. Recently I was faced with some trouble with my 2010 Prius with over 180,000 miles and they worked very hard to diagnose a difficult problem as quickly as anyone could ask for. They were great communicating with me every step of the way and ensuring I wasn't without transportation during my car's visit to the service department. I can't thank Linda, Jim, and the entire service department staff enough!

"CAUTION - incompetent and dishonest"

CAUTION, my mother in law went in for an oil change and it turned into an oil pan replacement. It is a 2010 Camry with just over 100k miles and she baby's it (she's a grandma). This crooked dealership ruined her "bolts" and then had the audacity to tell her "she needed to replace the oil pan because the bolts won't stay in". We have had many cars well over 100k (Toyota's too) and I have never had to replace my oil pan because "they can't get a bolt back in". It was fine when it went in, and it has only been a little over 3000 miles since the last oil change, so how did this happen if they didn't damage it. What's more, how did they get it out if it was "damaged", wouldn't they have pointed that out before they took the bolt out. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING, because they are clearly incompetent, dishonest, and will take advantage of you. They should be ashamed of that. She is older in age and on a fixed income; and what should have been no more than $40 dollars turned into a $500 plus bill.

We know how stressful it can be when finding out you have unexpected vehicle expenses, that is why we wanted to assist your mother-n-law in every way that we could. We provided her with a free loaner vehicle and allowed her to pay at a later date. The owner of the dealership had personally spoken with her to ensure that we were doing everything to make sure she was well taken care of. When your mother-n-law left our dealership she had expressed how thankful she was. Greg Landwerlen will be personally reaching out to your mother-n-law to follow up with her concerns. In response to my wonderful son-inlaw who was looking out for me, I need to add something to this review. My Car needed a new Oil Pan, because of the oil Plug going bad. He said the Oil Pan should last the lifetime of the Car, so he was not happy. I had also taken my Car other places in the past to get the oil changed. Kokomo Auto World bent over backwards to help me☺. I needed to be in Indy to babysit in 2 hours and they gave me a Car to have overnight, since I had to wait for an oil pan delivery. They compensated me for any inconvenience. I did very much appreciate their courtesy and caring attitude, especially Megan and Greg!!!!!!! DIANNE

"Honda Radio Reset"

The battery was replaced in our Honda Pilot. Consequently, the radio stopped as well. A quick call to Kokomo Auto World and we are now back in the music business. Super satisfied Customer!

"Left stains on interior"

I don't have any issues with the actual repair, but their mechanics need to clean their hands before they drive customer's cars. They left stains in the interior on the door handles and the steering wheel. I guess they thought that since the interior was gray, no one would notice.

"Health Care could learn from her"

I had an oil leak, and was concerned it would lead to something serious. Linda saw that what was needed was done. When I picked up my wife's 2016 Honda CRV she popped the hood and explained clearly all that was done. Talk about going more than an extra mile.

"Best Customer Service EVER!"

I had my engine light come on while driving my 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was flashing yellow and then another light came on. I pulled off the road because the engine was not acting right. I called Bob Rohrman Honda in Lafayette. They could not get me in until next week so I asked if they knew of a Honda dealership in Kokomo. They gave me the number. I called Kokomo Auto World. They were able to get me right in! I dealt with Megan Hembree. She was very nice. She told me that they could take me where ever I needed to go while they looked at my van. I chose to sit in they waiting room. While there Megan kept me very informed of everything. Everyone that passed through the room asked if they could help me or find out why it was taking awhile. I was so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the whole staff. One of the owner's even checked on me. Greg. They were able to find out what the problem was and ordered the parts to fix it and replaced the spark plugs so that I could drive it until the parts come in. They also fixed the recall problems while I was there! This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! They truly care about their clients and want you to be happy! I will recommend Kokomo Auto World to everyone!

"Service above and beyond. "

I had an issue with an old problem that had been plaguing me for quite some time with my van. During a few visits, other issues were addressed and repaired, but this one just wouldn't go away. Because of this issue, other issues arose and the combined problems mounted into a financial mess. In discussions with Mr. Landwerlen, ( Owner), it was established that K.A.World. would be kind enough to split the costs of repairs, leaving me with a bill of $900,00. Unlike any other dealership I've worked with in the past, K.A.World has a heart and an understanding of the people they serve. My hat's off to Mr. Landwerlen and the help of Jim Adams in "making it happen" at K.A. World. A dealer for the people.
