CAUTION, my mother in law went in for an oil change and it turned into an oil pan replacement. It is a 2010 Camry with just over 100k miles and she baby's it (she's a grandma). This crooked dealership ruined her "bolts" and then had the audacity to tell her "she needed to replace the oil pan because the bolts won't stay in". We have had many cars well over 100k (Toyota's too) and I have never had to replace my oil pan because "they can't get a bolt back in". It was fine when it went in, and it has only been a little over 3000 miles since the last oil change, so how did this happen if they didn't damage it. What's more, how did they get it out if it was "damaged", wouldn't they have pointed that out before they took the bolt out. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING, because they are clearly incompetent, dishonest, and will take advantage of you.
They should be ashamed of that. She is older in age and on a fixed income; and what should have been no more than $40 dollars turned into a $500 plus bill.
