We did not have any specific car in mind. Looking around for new ideas we stopped at Kolosso. We new the old Kolosso dealership but the new one was state of the art, with great area to explore cars. There was just enough help without any dealer jumping straight to my throat. We looked at different models. I like to test drive the car early before I even consider any features. That is how we met Aurelia. Really nice, personable, helpful , with natural touch without "fake customer service feel". It was a real joy to meet her. She was available to answer any question, just perfect "there when needed, not there at other times". We drove Rav4 and Venza. Ended up buying Venza. Negotiations and logistics were honest and we never had the feeling (like at other places) that any moment there could be a trick. For years I have been buying Hondas at Gustman , we know the dealership well and always liked to buy new Hondas. But Honda started to fall behind. I never had any Toyota even though I looked at many. My wife had Celica years back. Local , real , and "not fake" feeling at the Kolosso dealership made us come back for the next steps. Aurelia is a real asset to the dealership, with her natural warmth, non aggressive attentiveness she will have the buyers feel at ease. Toyota is always the leader so the choice is simple: come, explore , chose, negotiate and buy. Right? It should be but many dealers scare anybody that shows up at the parking lot. Not Aurelia. I visited Kolosso for the first time this week and ended up buying a vehicle.
