KeShaun and Jim made my experience as a first time car owner a time I will never forget. They are two amazing people. As we walked in the dealership the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. He helped answer any questions I had and took the time to look them up if he didn't know the answer. He was also patient as we looked for other cars in the area and allowing me to choose the best fit for me. Not once did I feel pressured into buying the car. As we went to finance we met Jim. He was messing with right away and making conversation. He took note of small details as we talked and made sure to emphasise our interests during our conversations. He worked very hard to make the transition to a new car owner as painless as possible and helped us every step of the way. These gentlemen were very personable and cracking jokes anytime they could. I was not planning on buying a car yesterday. I took my car in for service and found out it needed more work than it was worth and it was in my best interest to get a new one. I was neither emotionally or financially prepared for that. Tiana in service recommended I speak with Michelle and I’m so glad she did! Michelle was kind and patient. She worked with me where I was at and took my situation into consideration. She did not push me into something I couldn’t afford, she simply gave me the numbers and let me make the best decision for myself.
