I had gone to several other Toyota dealers in my search for a RAV4 Hybrid, and they were all unable to secure the vehicle I wanted, or I had a bad experience with the sales associate. I traveled 1.5 hours just to conduct my business at Kolosso, as they were helpful, fair, efficient, and got me what I was looking for! Baldimiro was great! We love our new used car. It was unfortunate to find dried on food and white gunk as well as garbage wrappers when we pulled down the drink container in the back row and feel like th unfortunate to find dried on food and white gunk as well as garbage wrappers when we pulled down the drink container in the back row and feel like the detailing of the car was a little on the slim side. Also we came back to get our car and meet with financing and drove an hour to get there. We had a pre-established time but no one was waiting for us at our time. Instead we had to wait 30 minutes for someone else to see us. It was awkward. Our car was missing owners manuals which they didn’t notice until this day as well but they ordered them and are sending to us. On a good note, we were impressed that they were the only dealership in which all employees wore masks. That was appreciated. Thank you Kolosso Toyota. More
