End of Lease My lease was nearly expired. Mike Rieth was very helpful in transitioning my wife and I from a leased 2017 RAV4 into a new lease on a 2020 RAV4. This My lease was nearly expired. Had fun buying a new car My wife and I had a pretty good idea what we wanted when we called Kolosso. After a phone call to confirm the dealership was open, we met with a sale My wife and I had a pretty good idea what we wanted when we called Kolosso. After a phone call to confirm the dealership was open, we met with a sales petson. Joshua (Josh) Aufdenkamp listened to my wife and I as we explained what model we were interested in and our list of "must haves" and "would like to have" options. He arranged for us to have a test drive and afterwards met with us again to answer questions. Josh was very helpful without being pushy. Working from our list of requirements, vehicle color, interior color, list of factory options, etc, he was able to locate the exact car we wanted at another dealership. He also arranged to have the additional work we required done. We wanted some body moldings, rust proofing, and mud flaps. He explained all the costs as we completed the sales agreement. It took about a week to get the car and complete the additional work. Josh called and kept us informed of their progress. The day we picked up our new Toyota, Josh spent the time to explain all of the buttons and controls as well as linking our cell phones with the car. I would recommend both Kolosso Toyota dealership and Joshua Aufdenkamp together they made buying a new car FUN. More

He was super at explaining features, answering questions, and walking us through the process. I love my new car! Jerry did a really great job walking us through the financial details. We live in strange times and I also want to note that Kolosso Toyota did an excellent job adjusting their procedures for the pandemic--made the new way of doing things just seem normal.
