Michelle was Amazing!! My husband and I bought our first 2014 Sienna van from a different seller and after a year we upgraded our van to the 2015 sienna van. We realized how amazing she was when she helped us with the trade in and upgrade. Things that our first seller never told us about. She was very nice and easy to work with, she was the first one to approach us and was very friendly. She didn't want to rush us into buying a car, she told us to come back and she'll be willing to work with us when we are ready to upgrade our van to the 2015 sienna. We thought that was very nice of her. So we came back to her when we were ready to upgrade our van to the 2015 sienna Van. We had that van for 4 years and when all the fancy new vans came in and found out about the AWD Sienna SE night shade edition, we wanted to upgrade again to the 2020 Sienna!! My husband and I couldn't be more happy to work with her. She was amazing! We didn't want anyone else but her to do our trade in. Thank you Michelle!!! More
