Not only were my questions answered, but Michelle also asked questions to help determine what was most important to me. She was patient and kind. She pointed out the safety features and allowed me adequate time (without rushing me) to make my decision. I had brought a friend along to help and Michele made such a good impression on him. He mentioned how nice she was at least 3 times that day and again the next time I saw him. Jerry Collins was also so kind and helpful in the financial department.
