Five stars only due to positive past experiences here. My disappointment wasn’t in the purchased car itself, but that we thought the salesman should have known and informed us that we were giving up the na My disappointment wasn’t in the purchased car itself, but that we thought the salesman should have known and informed us that we were giving up the navigation feature that our current car had. We didn’t know until the new car arrived that it didn’t have navigation because we had told the salesman that we wanted everything our trade-in had and we trusted that was what we were ordering. So we were a bit blindsided with the unexpected, and as I look back I’m disappointed that our price wasn’t reduced when we got bumped to a lesser model, since it would have increased if we had gone a model up, we were told. There was no compensation offered. I called our salesman the next day to ask about it, but got the argument that they don’t make our model any more. My point is that we should have been told that we would be giving up our navigation feature before we ordered the car. More
