I haven’t bought a car in 9 1/2 years and this time I would have to do it alone. I had looked at one other car and had a good experience but just wasn’t sure if it was the right choice for me so on the advice of my dad I went to Kolosso to look at a Rav 4. I had an apt with Michelle Nelson, whose emails were not only with fast response but also inviting.instead of aggressive. It hadn’t occurred to me that dealing with a women and being a women could really make an experience, I had been dreading, into a very pleasant day. Michelle made me feel welcome and spoke to me in a way that made me feel comfortable instead of intimidated. She could relate to me. I decided to buy the Rav 4 and then went to finance where I met Jodi Franklin. Also an amazing experience. Very relatable as well. Compassionate, welcoming and relatable. These women were not only knowledgeable but respectful, and approachable. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience. You really cannot imagine how much it meant. Buying a car is scary but not today. Today it was a great experience. More

Pleasant and Knowledgeable Salesman I purchased a pre-owned car this past Saturday, had a remote start installed and picked up the car on this past Tuesday. All went very smooth.
