When taking a car ready for a test drive he went and got the car while we waited inside. It was freezing cold outside so this was greatly appreciated. He went over all the features of the car and was able to tell the differences between the models. He even knew the warranty and other specifics. He also was very patient with me since I was unsure. I did go to another dealership but after 1 minute there I quickly returned. I would gladly go back to Isaiah in the future and recommend him to my friends and family. I couldn't have had a better first experience. More
