First Car Experience This was my first time shopping for a car. I brought my dad along to help since I don’t know much about cars. As we got out of the car, Michelle came This was my first time shopping for a car. I brought my dad along to help since I don’t know much about cars. As we got out of the car, Michelle came out to talk to us right away. She listened to our comments and only suggested and discussed options within the budget and focus we discussed. She helped get us to test drive the car we were interested in right away and made sure I understood all the controls. We took her business card as we were going to check out a couple other places. Once I decided, the car Michelle showed me was what I wanted. I called her and asked if it was still available. She got the keys and put them on hold because I said I wanted it but we needed to eat lunch first. After lunch, we show up and Michelle already had started the paperwork. She even called us to clarify a question we had earlier to make sure we had the correct information before signing. As we were going through additional options she explained thoroughly but didn’t push when I said no thanks. I ended up financing through a bank so I needed to come back the next day. She wanted to keep in touch to make sure she could help me sync my phone and learn all the features. Michelle was so great to work with and I know if I have any questions I can still go to her. More
