John Cayo was honest, friendly, and did not push me into anything I wasn't interested in. I found the car I wanted, the purchase was easy, and it didn't take too much of my time. Con anterioridad visité otros concesionarios y en Kolosso dodge con 2 diferentes vendedores tuve experiencias aterradoras que no repetiré por nada del mundo así como en Gustman Honda aún cuando mi crédito es mayor a los 740. Y presenté mi tarjeta de seguro social me pidieron visa para estar en el país les aclaré que no la necesito pues soy residente permanente entonces quisieron ver mi green card. Se las mostré y no conformes querían los 3 últimos cheques de pago y los taxes. El mánager muy agradable por voluntad propia nos aclaró que no era discriminación. From the initial contact through delivery of the vehicle Jeff was helpful and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. In addition to bringing me to the dealership on delivery day, Jeff made sure the vehicle was perfect and patiently walked me through every aspect and feature. He exhibited a level of customer service I did not expect. The finance person, Jerry was also very helpful as he explained, without pressure, the various vehicle protection packages and their costs. I have bought Toyotas from other dealerships in the past (TX & SD) and none were as professional as the Kolosso team. I would definitely go back! More
