After feeling good about our conversation, drove up to see him and he showed me the exact vehicle with options I asked about...no attempt to sell me something we didn’t need or want, and no attempt to push me into making concessions to get us to where we wanted to be $$$-wise. John and the gentlemen in finance all made the transaction smooth, timely, and dare I say, enjoyable. They all worked with us to put together a fair price, fair trade-in value, and fair terms, with ZERO pressure...what a concept! (complete opposite of my experience at another dealer earlier that day) At delivery, John took a good amount of time to go through the vehicle bit by bit, feature by feature, doing all the little things he could (like connectecting cell phones via Bluetooth) to get us comfortable and familiar with the vast array of features in the new vehicle. A personal phone call from John a day later to see if we had any additional questions was a welcome surprise. Driving off the lot I didn’t know there was a problem with my tire and my tire pressure and either did Mike, but I ended up with a flat tire that was completely ruined. I called Mike up right away and explained everything and they are just wonderful because they are getting me a new tire and a sensor. I highly recommend coming to them. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything needed and fixed. I appreciate all the work that they have done with me. More
