Great Sales / Poor Service Dept. I had the windshield replaced yesterday by rick’s auto glass. I was spoiled by Rick as he is a long time friend. His opinion on the windshield was it’ I had the windshield replaced yesterday by rick’s auto glass. I was spoiled by Rick as he is a long time friend. His opinion on the windshield was it’s as if it was driven out west. The windshield is sandblasted. On a normal day it is not really noticed however when sunny out, night time w/ traffic lights, and especially adding in rain it has been very hard to see and has been extremely dangerous. I had it in to the shop there where I was met w/ 2 responses of “GLASS IS NOT COVERED”. After the second time I was mad enough to save I could give a xxxx if its covered or not it is my life that is behind this glass/vehicle AND was sold to me this way. The windshield was cleaned (I asked what about new wiper blades) and car was being released to me the same as it was brought in saying they did all they could do. I walked service man over to the car and said this is not fixed. He called down the street to see if Advanced was open for new blades($44.08) and sent me there. I changed blades but shield of coarse remains the same. I then took it to Rick to get opinion and brought that answer back to John(who has made a strong point to be helpful)who visually seen in the sun glaring on shield the problem. I mentioned I am told glass is not covered twice but never once was there concern for my safety addressed. I said if glass isnt covered fine, then compensate me in oil changes or something. Care about me, the customer. The Quote I got from Rick was $390 but being a friend he did it for $280 + tax = $300. As you can see he went above and beyond and installed an even better shield ($729.05) and still kept the cost at $300. That’s how I feel Kolosso should have treated me. John did express to get a hold of him when oil changes were due and he’d take care of things for me. I do feel that the service should be the equivalent of at least $300.00. I CC this to Dick DeMuth who sent the letter of thank you for my purchase and not to hesitate to call John, him or the service department(which I am not happy with). I did not receive unprecedented levels of service. John Cayo has been the biggest support. Please discuss and inform me of resolution. PS my engine light is now on w/ a code of P268B7 which comes up no resolution found. 3 people have said to check my gas cap. It appears just fine to me. Light was off next day. More

Two weeks after we took the car home the tire pressure sensor light started coming on so we contacted See Lor and she took care of the situation professionally by having us bring the car to Kolosso Services Center to eliminate the issue (leakage) for free of charge.
