He is wise in his dealings with us. He gave us the info we needed, suggested options to consider and did not try to stick us with things we did not want or need. I highly recomend that anyone ask for Bob if they stop at Kolosso. Next, the finance person. Straight forward and again, did not try to push extras. Then, we were very pleased to be invited to a "new owners" dinner, where they fed us well and introduced us to other departments that we may need in the future (parts, service, etc). What a nice touch. And then today, Bob Bergner spent about an hour helping us to understand all of the electronic features of our new Prius. How many others would do that after the sale! Finally, the Prius II Eco is better than advertised. At our last gas fill-up we had averaged 65.2 mpg over 600 miles!!! We really like it, is an extreme understatement. More

I went into Kolosso Toyota after having already educated myself on my identified vehicle, the Toyota Highlander, and also the trade in value of my cur I went into Kolosso Toyota after having already educated myself on my identified vehicle, the Toyota Highlander, and also the trade in value of my current car. I had identified (from the website) a couple of gently used certified vehicles on the lot, but was also open to purchasing new. Bob was very professional and listened to what I wanted to do. We proceeded by going over all of the many details of a new model, as I had requested. Bob was very thorough in his description of all of the cars features. He made sure that he was not only going through the list, but that I was also understanding the cars functional gadgets and the extensive computerized bells and whistles. We then test drove the new model and then 2 used one's. My ideal initially identified car is the one that I purchased. After purchasing, Bob then reviewed everything again, top to bottom, and he assured me that he would be happy to explain anything down the road should anything arise. The whole process was stress free and very straight forward. I would highly recommend Bob if you are looking to buy a car. More
