We walked in knowing we wanted the Grand Highlander we just weren’t sure the trim we wanted to meet our wants and needs. Jeremy could have easily upsold us to a the more expensive trim because we really just weren’t sure the trim we wanted to meet our wants and needs. Jeremy listened to us and instead of suggesting the more expensive trim he truly felt the baseline model was perfect for us.
