This past week I worked with Jason W and Michelle N in bringing home a new vehicle. When Jason asked what I was looking for in my new Camry my answer probably wasn’t the most popular—-I really like the th bringing home a new vehicle. When Jason asked what I was looking for in my new Camry my answer probably wasn’t the most popular—-I really like the thick/wide windshield wipers, the shiny hubcaps, and the trunk liner. I also said I didn’t want to look like a granny driving down the road in something tan or silver. Lastly, if all else fails something with 4 wheels would do. Jason looked at the numbers and worked magic (I swear he did). Not only does my new Camry have the 3 requirements I was looking for but it’s black, has a heated steering wheel, heated seats, keyless entry, keyless start, and remote start!! I am SO GRATEFUL! I never thought I’d ever drive a car so nice. The Camry XLE is my new ride—-sportier than my last one—-and I am LOVING it! A huge thank you to Jason W for all his help and his great taste in selection. I also worked with Michelle N getting to know the XLR. Michelle is hard working and will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. Michelle had stayed in touch throughout my last lease. She cares about you, loves what she does, and is easy to work with. During this whole process, Michelle kept saying how happy she was for me and my new ride. This is the only place I walk in with a smile and walk out leaving with an even bigger one because of my experience with such nice people as Jason W and Michelle N. I highly recommend Kolosso Toyota. Worst vehicle experience I’ve had my whole life. Warranty never covers anything, so don’t get it. False warranty claims by Rob. Rob said they make lots of money on warranty claims, understand why now. Logan falsified oil change report. Mike was quick to get thru the lease process but not like other places I bought vehicles. Jim did not give accurate vehicle payoff info, so had to come back twice. Not very friendly either. Not a great exit. Lady on the phone sounds dead, like she’s being forced to work there. One lady in the oil change area didn’t have time to go over future maintenance with me. Just a number here. More
