The entire reason that I came to Kolosso Toyota is thanks to Michelle Nelson. After several very bad experiences with dealerships in and around Madison, I searched for Toyota dealers in other parts of W to Michelle Nelson. After several very bad experiences with dealerships in and around Madison, I searched for Toyota dealers in other parts of Wisconsin. The Kolosso website showed 2 Rav4 hybrid vehicles in the color and trim level that I wanted so I called the dealership. The phone was answered by the cheerful voice of Michelle. After explaining what I was looking for and a little about my disappointing experiences with dealers in my area, Michelle pulled up info on the two vehicles. Only one was still available. This was just prior to the Easter weekend, and I explained that I would be unable to get to Appleton until Monday April 1st. She graciously offered to hold the vehicle until I could get there to test drive and buy the car. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership Michelle greeted us warmly. We both felt so welcome. Michelle had had the car prepped and brought inside so I could look it over inside where it was warm. (It snowed on April 1st and it was cold out.) After explaining the functionality, we went for a test drive. I was impressed with the car and with Michelle’s knowledge. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Once the purchase was completed, Michelle went through all the functionality of the vehicle, paired both my phone and my husband’s and helped me set up my Toyota account on my phone. We went over all of the functionality of the electronics, the safety features, display options, and how to access apps and text messages. She was very patient with all of my questions even when I asked her to ‘re-demo’ something that I didn’t understand. She is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and did everything to make my buying experience a pleasure. Every car dealership needs more women salespeople and they should all be as good as Michelle. I’m running out of adjectives to adequately describe what a great job she did, but rest assured, Michelle earned far more than 5 stars! Related to the question below about service.
