From the minute I walked in I felt welcome. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, with no pressure. Answered all my questions. Very pleasant experience. I had ordered a car from another dealership and after eight months of waiting I went to Kolosso. Joshua greeted me showed me what he had coming in put money down on a car and a month and a half later we eight months of waiting I went to Kolosso. Joshua greeted me showed me what he had coming in put money down on a car and a month and a half later we had our new RAV4. My wife couldn’t be happier. Everybody there treated us with courtesy, respect and understanding. I have already recommended them to several people. One man has already gone down, canceled his order after waiting 10 months from the other dealer, and got into his Tacoma within a month. More

When you go to Kolosso to shop for a car, Ask for Kong as your salesperson. He is kind, knowledge, and VERY customer-service oriented. He's Simply the best! We had a few issues with our finance guy and the d your salesperson. He is kind, knowledge, and VERY customer-service oriented. He's Simply the best! We had a few issues with our finance guy and the deal was saved because of Kong! Don't let Jim Stein in their finance office be your finance guy. Ask for Jason there. Jason is awesome. Jim is rude, arrogant and honestly, not detailed oriented. Errors made because of it! So in summary, Kong is your BEST for sales. Jason is your guy for finance! Dick DeMuth was fabulous too!
