Josh was incredible! I have never worked with such a professional and knoedgable sales person. He went above and beyond in helping us make a big decision. It had been a long time since I went through the process. Josh made it low pressure and was always willing and able to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. To say Josh is great would be an understatement. He is awesome!!!! Mark in financing was not very professional when we first met him. I work for a credit union. I was very up front we would be financing with them. Mark made several comments about how "we were the people wanting to pay more than we have to" for our new to us vehicle. It was not just once. He said it several times to where it was uncomfortable. When I asked him to email the purchase agreement to my credit union, he said it would be faster for us to run it there ourselves. Across town. Faster than email? He said it would take a long time for him to scan to himself and then email it over. We felt he did not want to be helpful because we did not use his financing. It was off putting to say the least. Going back to Josh, his professionalism (as well as the perfect vehicle) were the only reasons we returned and went through with the purchase. You truly have a great salesman in Josh. He is knowledgeable, professional, and was not pushy and did not make us feel inferior in any way. You are quite lucky to have him on your team! More
