All I have to say is WOW, Amazing experience in our new auto buying journey. On the spot on getting back to us. Amazing communication. Started local, as Kolosso is about 10 minutes away from our house. Went onto Kolosso's website and sent a message to the dealership on the vehicle make/model/specs were were wanting to get. With in minutes, Gary sends a video message back to me via email with him addressing my questions and when we were looking to get a vehicle. I picked up the phone and gave him a call. 90 minutes later, we had a vehicle ordered. Not to mention him talking the time to know what was on order today and coming in stock in the future. We were able to purchase a vehicle someone else had already ordered and then later cancelled. A month later, we had the vehicle we have been wanting for years. Gary took the time go through everything and even helped us get the accessories we wanted for the vehicle that didn't come with it. Thanks Gary!! More

In today’s car market, the buyer must convince the seller customer service still matters. Pleasantly, at Kolosso Toyota, there is no convincing, the customer still matters to them. This dealership has it figured out and is proactively letting you know what limited stock is available and what is scheduled to come in. On their showroom floor they have a chart listing all the vehicles scheduled to be delivered. I did not see this tactic at the six plus dealerships I shopped at, in fact I was ignored most of the time since I did not have an appointment! Well Jeremy Deno did an outstanding job in listening to my needs and was able to convince this GM owner to buy a Toyota. More
