Michelle was AMAZING. I first dealt with her on-line when I inquired about a 2023 Toyota Highlander. When I stressed my concern of never owning/driving a Toyota before I I first dealt with her on-line when I inquired about a 2023 Toyota Highlander. When I stressed my concern of never owning/driving a Toyota before I did not feel comfortable of just buying one on-line. Michelle had me come in and test drive one. Michelle made me feel very comfortable when buying my vehicle, there was no pressure at all. A miracle also happened, and she was able to get me a Hybrid vs all gas when the waiting period was 10-12 months for a hybrid. Michelle was great, I look forward to keeping in contact with her. I don't have a problem buying my next vehicle from her!!!! My whole experience buying the vehicle, including dealing with the finance department was exceptional. I was worried about buying a vehicle on-line, but Michelle/finance department made it very easy!! More
