Probably the best Toyota dealer in the Fox Valley area! I was able to get a new Rav 4 Hybrid in a fraction of the estimated time (waited less than 1 month vs. still haven't heard back from other dealershi I was able to get a new Rav 4 Hybrid in a fraction of the estimated time (waited less than 1 month vs. still haven't heard back from other dealerships). Upfront with pricing and didn't try to tack on junk fees. Only negative is they don't negotiate down from MSRP; but they do negotiate on trade-in value and gave me a fair price. Will almost surely go back to them next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle. More

When I told him a Tundra, he didn’t end the conversation by saying that there weren’t any available. I told him that I was just making sure that they are available because I would be driving a ways to come and look at them. He then asked what county I would be coming from and when I told him Milwaukee County, he started telling me that they wouldn’t be able to sell anything to me. He said that they only sell to the people around there. What??!!! I have never heard of this crap in my life. He was saying that the trucks are so hard to come by and they take care of the people in the area. Wowww!! So bold and discriminatory I must say! And to think my husband and I were ready to purchase today. I’ll find a REAL dealership to spend my money at!! More
