I bring my '23 Tundra in for routine LOF as needed. The service and communication is great. Give me great once or twice and it might be a fluke; do it consistently, every time..., and it is a standard. The service and communication is great. Went in for an oil change and they found a problem with the shocks the mounts were rusted, one was rusted out completely and the other was about 90% gone. This was a very dangerous situation. They got the the shocks the mounts were rusted, one was rusted out completely and the other was about 90% gone. This was a very dangerous situation. They got the majority covered under warranty and didn’t charge labor for some of the other parts that had to removed anyway. The tech who found it noticed a banging sound and checked it out. Could have really bad. Glad they pay attention to the car and not just move them out.I would recommend Kolosso for any service you need. More
