I purchased a new 2013 Prius at Koons, and the experience was great. If you want a sales guy who is willing to work WITH you, Shant Yousif is the man to ask for. He gave me the best price he could offer straight away, and did not waste my time playing games trying to get me to buy extra options etc. Communicating via email with him was fast, and he responded to all my questions and requests. Mr. Yousif was very courteous when we met, and he was very thorough in making sure I understood the inner workings of the car (the apps, bluetooth etc.). Car was given full tank of gas and washed before I took it home. I would recommend doing business with Koons Arlington! More

Brought my FR-S for 7500-mile service a couple weeks ago, service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days late service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days later, the odor was still there so I brought the car back to be cleaned and disinfected. The valet promptly peeled off in my car generating smoke from the rear tires. NEVER have I been so disrespected in my 20 years of buying and owning vehicles. I still have a couple of free service visits to this shop but I really don't think so. The new car smell has been replaced with traces of mechanic stench and upholstery cleaner. More
I have been extremely happy with Koons Arlington Toyota. I purchased service for the first 75,000 miles when I originally bought the 2011 Toyota and I have been extremely happy with that decision. Mikah has overseen my service for the past several months and he has done a fantastic job. He makes certain that I get out as fast as possible and he works hard to get me the lowest price possible. Plus he is very courteous, very professional and friendly. My father and I went in to purchase a new vehicle to replace his van that was on its last legs. He was immediately drawn to the 2013 Toyota Rav4 and it was unbelievable how helpful the staff was. Took it again this week for oil chan I've used their service twice. A year ago to have a recall notice addressed and the oil changed. No problems. Took it again this week for oil change, another recall notice, and no heat. They recommended about five additional services, of which I think I only needed two of them but did three. The main problem was they charged me $860 for a new radiator, and $120 to put it in. I checked online this morning and the most expensive after market one costs $160, most were $100 or so. I told them this this afternoon as I picked up the car, it's ridiculous to pay over eight times the cost of an after market radiator, an extra $700+ I could have donated to charity. They said sorry. And you're right, after paying over $1300 to them, they didn't clean the windshield or anything inside the vehicle. I will call the Service Manager, Robert, Monday to let him know I will not bring my vehicle for service to his center again if I can help it (i.e., recall or maybe basic oil change, etc. dependent upon the estimate) and will warn others of my experience. More

My son and I went in to the dealership after having shopped at several dealers and online to look at a car we had seen online. Ken was very helpful and not only showed us the car we were interested in, shopped at several dealers and online to look at a car we had seen online. Ken was very helpful and not only showed us the car we were interested in, but also several other options in the same price range. Once we decided on a car ( the one we had found online) Ken and Ali were very helpful and made the buying process simple and painless. The service was excellent, and the price was very good. More
