Mr. Yousif was very courteous when we met, and he was very thorough in making sure I understood the inner workings of the car (the apps, bluetooth etc.). Brought my FR-S for 7500-mile service a couple weeks ago, service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days late service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days later, the odor was still there so I brought the car back to be cleaned and disinfected. The valet promptly peeled off in my car generating smoke from the rear tires. NEVER have I been so disrespected in my 20 years of buying and owning vehicles. I still have a couple of free service visits to this shop but I really don't think so. The new car smell has been replaced with traces of mechanic stench and upholstery cleaner. More
