My visit was a wonderful experience! I loved the services and would like to say a very special thank you to Mr. Saeed for all his support, he was very patient, polite, and professional. I called him several times during the last week, and he was very responsive. During the last year, i visited many dealerships and connected with many salespeople but Saeed was the best among them. When he gave me the key, he explained everything very well to me which was really helpful. Kudus to Saeed and I also wanted to say thanks to Mr. Alex who helped me with the paperwork and financing, He was very professional and respectful. I informed Mr. Mildad, I was buying a car that day (out of the three cars I provided him). Got to the dealership at 1250. He was working and finishing another custo Mildad, I was buying a car that day (out of the three cars I provided him). Got to the dealership at 1250. He was working and finishing another customer. I had my timer on. He left me on hold for over six hours coming back for ten minutes. I ask others to step in and they kept getting him for me. What should have taken me two to three hours, I was there for over six hours. Yes, I should have left and went to another dealership; but I was buying one of those cars that day. The other reps where proactive with their clients. Nor did he take Personnel Information Identify (PII) seriously. I even told him my car should have been wash, but it was not and knowingly, I was picking up the vehicle the next day. That much dirt do not accumulate overnight. I did not get to add other items to the vehicle and another sales person stated go online and order it. You can go to any Toyota to add it on. Now, what kind of xxxx is that! I buy my cars out right; but this was the worst experienced I have ever had. Military personnel-here's your warning. Trish Watson-never again! Mr. Chetan, great person to work with. Efficient and easy!. Thank you! More

Burned by an oil change. I wanted an oil change, $800 later, I have all this extra stuff to pay for; cleaning and injection service and ventilation system service etc…. I wanted an oil change, $800 later, I have all this extra stuff to pay for; cleaning and injection service and ventilation system service etc…. That I never approved!! I didn’t need any of it. I never approved it, but was stuck paying for it. I never signed off on it. I will not take either of my Toyota cars to Koons again More
