Koons Arlington Toyota

I bought a 2010 Nissian Armarda Platnium edition from Koons in Arlington Va, the saleman was wonderful until the vehicle was off of the lot! Once the vehicle was off of the lot, I took it to my garage in Koons in Arlington Va, the saleman was wonderful until the vehicle was off of the lot! Once the vehicle was off of the lot, I took it to my garage in Pa to have it gone over only to find out that it had issues, the vehicle had to different sets of tires on it which I questioned the saleman about and he blew it off like I was a dumb blonde (this is a big no no for 4x4 vehicles) the tires were so wore on the inside that it wouldn't pass PA inspection, and the tires were never balanced when they placed them on the vehicle, every single tire was out (I haul 5 children around in this vehicle on a daily basis) So I had to put 4 new tires on, and when the garage checked the sticker on the inside of the drivers door to check for tire size it called for 20" tires and there were 18" tires on it, but the spare was a 20"! This vehicle also being a platnium edition they only come through with 20" chrome wheels standard! I contacted the dealership and of course got the run around that they never changed the wheels, thats the way they got it, it passed VA inspection, they drove it and it was fine, they did end up sending me a check for $450 towards tires, which cost me over $700 and they told me they usually wouldn't have done that either but because my husband is overseas doing good for our country and I have cute kids,they wanted to make me happy! Guess what still not happy, and no one knows where or what happened to my rims, mind you rims that cost over $750 a piece to replace! Would I go back Hell NO! would I recommend them Hell NO! They should of done right by fixing it completly not half ass just to shut me up! Beware of the nice saleman on the phone and in person, but once you drive off the lot forget about it, cause you will get nothing but attitude and rudeness! Amber R. PA More

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the general sales manager, Chris Kronzer who introduced my family and I to Ermek Karachev, the sales r Toyota. Ermek was an outstanding associate who took his time to explain everything to us. One thing I loved about Ermek was the fact that he actually explained the "true" meaning of leasing a car. After telling us about all the promotions he started asking us some questions as to where I will be driving the car, etc.. to help me get the most suitable car and once that was taken care of he asked me the cars that I wanted to look at. Furthermore, Ermek took me out and showed me all the cars that we had talked about while sitting inside and explained the differences within the cars. Once that was done we came back in and started talking about the financing options that I would be interested in. Once I decided the car I was going to purchase, Ermek was willing to negotiate the price with me because another dealership was offering the same car for a less amount. Ermek's, customer service did not end there; however, the next day he called me to make sure everything was perfectly fine and he actually did that for a couple of days. I can honestly say this is the only dealership where the customer service is beyond expected. Although Ermek stated that he has just started working at Koon's Toyota, it does not seems like it, he really knows how to take care of his customers and I will definently recommend this dealership to my family and friends and most of all tell them to speak to Ermek when they are making the purchase! Upon arrival, Mr. Canales accompanied me on my test drive and developed a preliminary financial report and bill. Mr. Canales spent a significant amount of time explaining the operation of the Prius, which was an entirely new driving experience for me. Because I had another appointment to keep, I put down a deposit without carefully reading/understanding a few parts of the sales offer. Upon reviewing it the next morning, I questioned if the offer accurately reflected our discussions. When I returned to Koons, Mssrs. Canales and Najor cleared up any and all questions that I had. I left with a new car, and a strong recommendation for Koons Toyota. Additional note: I usually check the reputation of a seller before purchasing items of significant value. I was so happy with my rather spontaneous test drive that I didn’t do so. Because buying a new car is hardly my favorite pastime, it’s an added bonus to see that there are other happy customers out there. More

I brought my wife's car for oil change and transmission fluid change, eventually, they made a crack on the windshield. Good service. No haggle policy was not true; had to haggle over price, trade-in and they attempted to double charge me for freight/delivery fee ($810.00). I was quite impressed with Koons Arlington Toyota especially the sales rep, Chetan Chavan, his friendliness and knowledge. He answered so many of my questions. I also found the car I wanted. He was patient with our questions, ensured our satisfaction with our purchase, and worked collaborately with his colleagues so that all stages of our purchase went smoothly.
