Brought in my truck at appointment time (10am), two hours later hadn’t gotten an update, so I checked in (noon), and was told they weren’t even done with the oil change and hadn’t even LOOKED at the steering assist issue I’d made the whole appointment for in the FIRST PLACE (the oil change was a ‘as long as I’m here’ afterthought). Finally got an answer about the main issue an hour afterwards. Three hours after my appointment time, I actually know something about the problem I came in to get looked at. Abysmal. Absolute disaster in communication, valuing of customer time, and communication again. Because if I’d just been TOLD something in the three hours I’d been waiting around, I’d have gotten a LOT less frustrated... but there’s a lot to be frustrated about. They’d get one star, but I bought my truck here, and they were great when I did that. More
