Bought a Yukon XL Denali Ultimate (brand new) that we realized had a misaligned door as soon as we got home. Was told to take it to a body shop and file a claim with GMC because this dealer couldn’t help realized had a misaligned door as soon as we got home. To start, having an appointment meant nothing. I didn’t wait getting my truck checked in for four diagnostics issues and an estimate but it took three days (excluding Sunday) when I was told 3-4 h I didn’t wait getting my truck checked in for four diagnostics issues and an estimate but it took three days (excluding Sunday) when I was told 3-4 hours at check-in. I had horrible experience when I didn’t get a call after 4 hours. Called every 30 minutes. When someone called me back it was near closing time and was told it has not been looked at. The mechanic also only diagnosed 1 out of 4 issues. I had no words for it. When asked about the other issues, it was brushed off with an excuse of vehicle being too old and they didn’t get a code. Paid and just wanted my truck back after not having a ride for 4 days. More

We came in ready to look for a new truck. Even though it was raining off and on, Zaki met us quickly. I explained what I was looking for and he found us the interiors and exteriors that I tho Even though it was raining off and on, Zaki met us quickly. I explained what I was looking for and he found us the interiors and exteriors that I thought I might like. He even had to go to overflow lots to find some of my wish list items. We picked out the truck I liked and while we waited for financing with Hamza, Zak helped me set up my phone app and get a copy of my title from the DMV. It saved us from making multiple trips and I'm sure many phone calls. A great experience in what is normally quite frustrating. More
