Charlita could not tell me what options my Maverick I picked up had. The paper work only listed general categories and the Ford web site Charlita tried to access on her computer kept throwing her out without providing any info. I strongly recommend that the paperwork we get with our new cars explicitly list what options are in the vehicle. More

I have had my F-150 here numerous times for the same or similar problems. They are very difficult to get in touch with, don’t provide very through explanations of the problems and are very unclear about wh similar problems. They are very difficult to get in touch with, don’t provide very through explanations of the problems and are very unclear about what needs to be done to land a fix and the expected timeline for such. After one service appointment, they left the carrier bolts out of my rear brake caliper and it popped off driving down the highway in traffic at 50+ mph. I had to swerve and pump brakes to get the car to stop and they weren’t very helpful in getting a tow truck out or doing much to make it right. If I had another service option that was reasonable in terms of distance or timely scheduling I wouldn’t think twice about going there. One of the most absurd issues is when they tell you they “don’t work on that” such as a sunroof. Why are you selling vehicles that you aren’t capable of fully servicing?! More
