The Ford brand is changed in my mind. For my 2020 Ford Explorer with less than 46,000 miles to need $4,000 worth of work for “known issues” (technician’s words) is ridiculous in my mind. While I had absolutely intended on looking at the Ranger or Maverick as my next vehicle purchase, I will not be looking at the Ford brand at all. For how much money I spent on buying this vehicle, I expected more. It is clear to me that the Ford brand is not looking to meet my expectations as a customer. Plenty of other brands to look at and purchase from. More
