1 star review because I can't leave something lower. Had a scheduled appointment in the morning and by 3pm was told they still hadn't started work on it and would like to keep it over night. ZERO STARS BEWARE of this service department. They are dishonest. I took my car in for a check engine light and recall work. The check engine light was for an emissions issue. They told me my transmission plugs are bad and need to be replaced for a total of $571.26. I declined and took my car to a TRUSTED repair shop and my transmission is COMPLETELY FINE. I've called the service department a few times to discuss the issue and they won't call me back.... I wonder why? The Maryland Attorney General has been contacted about this. More
