We had a terrible experience within days of having our SUV serviced at Koons Ford of Annapolis. We scheduled the 150k mile service. After the initial inspection we were told the SUV only needed the Works SUV serviced at Koons Ford of Annapolis. We scheduled the 150k mile service. After the initial inspection we were told the SUV only needed the Works package and a fuel injection cleaning; which we agreed to getting. Within days of having the services completed the SUV had a catastrophic malfunction, in the areas that were serviced, resulting in a serious incident. We’ve reached out to Koons Ford on four separate occasions and have not received a response. Not the service and non-response we expected. More

Service was great and a nice experience overall. The waiting area is very comfortable and stocked with light snacks and drinks. They kept to the appointment time and finished in less than an hour. They sold me a damaged 2026 Ford Expedition Max that was suppose to be brand new. I’ve made reasonable requests for reconciliation and they refuse to do anything about it even after the manager said “this p suppose to be brand new. The front bumper had been hit hard enough to dislodge the pre collision system without leaving a mark you can see unless up very close.
