I would recommend Koons of Annapolis service department. I have been a customer since I lived in Crofton and though I moved to Bowie, I still come to Annapolis to get my service done. I've been servicing my Lincoln and Fords here for almost 20 years and Jordan Mosby is by far the best Service Advisor I've had the pleasure of working with. He is always available and returns my calls. He fits me in the service schedule and is very detailed throughout the service process. He, also, makes recommendation and additional services that need to be done. More
