the work done and friendliness of the staff are very good. I give a poor overall rating because the department is very poorly managed. It's difficult to call and easily make an appointment, the ford pa good. I give a poor overall rating because the department is very poorly managed. It's difficult to call and easily make an appointment, the ford pass app allows for appointment making but does not provide adequate options. the drop off of the vehicle was time consuming and frustrating. there is an overall feeling that no one knows what they should be doing. i own 2 other cars (bmw and subaru) and the service departments for those cars is dramatically more pleasant.
