I would recommend our sales person, Charlita, but not Koons Ford. The service department and comptroller suck. I traded a car in on the 7th of January. It is now the 28th. They still have not paid it of Koons Ford. The service department and comptroller suck. I traded a car in on the 7th of January. It is now the 28th. They still have not paid it off!!
