They were not very respectful to my needs or concerns. I was told that they were working on getting me a loaner for 10 days and I never received one. They never gave me adequate informatiion or a time lin I was told that they were working on getting me a loaner for 10 days and I never received one. I received a surprise phone from the service manager at 3:20 pm on a Friday to tell me my vehicle was ready. Then I had to pick it after the had picked it up from my house or wait until that Monday.
