Charlie Foxtrot…nothing but runaround. They’ve had my car 2 weeks. I bought a lemon with a lot of problems and still can’t drive the car after almost 3 months. 2019 Ford Fiesta purchased 2 They’ve had my car 2 weeks. I bought a lemon with a lot of problems and still can’t drive the car after almost 3 months. 2019 Ford Fiesta purchased 28 June. 3 big issues already. Today is 13 Sept. we’ve drove the car maybe 2 weeks combined. All I keep hearing they have to “wait on parts”. I have asked for a loaner but have been denied. Koons Ford is a terrible dealership. I do not understand because I take my Toyota to Koons Toyota for service and I get great service. I even get loaner car if they keep my car for more than one day. I will never recommend Koons Ford. I probably will never recommend the Koons brand to anybody even with the good experiences I’ve had with the Toyota dealership. More

Terrible experience…despite a scheduled appointment and knowing I was waiting it took the service department almost 3 hours to do an oil change and update the Sync on my F150. Vehicle was parked for almost knowing I was waiting it took the service department almost 3 hours to do an oil change and update the Sync on my F150. Vehicle was parked for almost an hour before they even started. Then I was charged $88 for an oil change that was quoted on their web site as being no charge. When challenged about the cost, my service advisor advised it was a known issue than management was aware of but hasn’t corrected. More
