I scheduled an oil change for my BMW 430i that I purchased there one week in advance. when I arrived at 8:30, a half hour early for my appointment , I was told that you didn't have the filter, 3 hou purchased there one week in advance. when I arrived at 8:30, a half hour early for my appointment , I was told that you didn't have the filter, 3 hours later, I was told you didn't have the oil. 5 hours later I had to request a loner car to go home to Ellicott City to accept a deliver. the car was completed at 1:30 and I had to drive back to Annapolis to pick it up. the only reason I did not give u a 1 is that you comp'd the oil change. I been waiting for a better part of this year for a recall part with no communication from my service rep and no follow-up from service manager as promised. My Bronco is fairly new, and I have been rid recall part with no communication from my service rep and no follow-up from service manager as promised. My Bronco is fairly new, and I have been riding around with a squeaky truck for a significant amount of time. Commnication is lacking at this service center, and I am looking for a new Ford facility. My experience with the service center has been horrible. My advisor doesn't even get my car washed after service-not any of the times I sought service. More
Mike Trease, who is the lead service coordinator customer service skills, does not represent great customer service. Customer service skills involve great communication, respect, and patience. All of these skills were not provided during my recent service. It’s unbelievable to have experience this treatment from the same person several times. As a person who has worked in customer service for 28 years, I would never raise my voice, lack patience, lack respect, and ignore the customers concern. Previously, I was asked that he be removed from my account as my service coordinator, which was overlooked during my recent visit. Upon requesting a new service coordinator I was informed that other customers have also complained about Mr. Trease. Fortunately, Mike Mateson, each time has taken care of me with respect and great customer service. If it wasn’t for his commitment and dedication to his customers, I would not recommend Ford Annapolis. More
