I droped my car off early at 530 for my free oil change. For a 7:30 app. When I got back there at 1230. It wasn’t ready. The service team at the Annapolis shop is always excellent. My service tech/supervisor of choice is Mike Tres. Over the years I have owned various fords and always used this shop. Very poor service experience. Had to bring in my Aviator for a recall issue and it took weeks to schedule where I would be able to get a loaner vehicle. The loaner was not compa Had to bring in my Aviator for a recall issue and it took weeks to schedule where I would be able to get a loaner vehicle. The loaner was not comparable to my current vehicle and was very old for a loaner (35k miles, no navigation/car play, no satellite radio, etc.). I was called at around 11:30am and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at 2:20pm and was told my car was almost done being washed and vacuumed. I waited just around an hour from then before my car was brought up, still wet and not vacuumed. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. More
