My appointment was very satisfactory. I do trust Koons of Annapolis. But on this visit I was held over waiting for my car to be washed/vacuumed. I have had my F-150 here numerous times for the same or similar problems. They are very difficult to get in touch with, don’t provide very through explanations of the problems and are very unclear about wh similar problems. They are very difficult to get in touch with, don’t provide very through explanations of the problems and are very unclear about what needs to be done to land a fix and the expected timeline for such. After one service appointment, they left the carrier bolts out of my rear brake caliper and it popped off driving down the highway in traffic at 50+ mph. I had to swerve and pump brakes to get the car to stop and they weren’t very helpful in getting a tow truck out or doing much to make it right. If I had another service option that was reasonable in terms of distance or timely scheduling I wouldn’t think twice about going there. One of the most absurd issues is when they tell you they “don’t work on that” such as a sunroof. Why are you selling vehicles that you aren’t capable of fully servicing?! More

Attempted to reach service advisor Drew 5 times throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing. I had to drive 40 minutes to go talk to him throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing.
