We do not want anyone to leave our dealership believing we do not welcome educated buyers who seek a great deal. Our dealership has long prided itself on presenting all our customers, regardless of how much or how little pricing research they’ve done, very low and competitive prices that are legitimate and won’t change. We found my old car parked at a mall and took pictured which were sent to my lawyer. I also had to file a complaint with the MVA and the attorney general. After being able to.prove they illegaly sold my trade in and then that person was driving it with temporary tags my trade in was paid off in full. Thank God for a friend who is a lawyer. What a mess. I don't believe Koons Jia would have backed down if I hadn't found my old car on the road. Wendy said she was getting it back. I had a repo man come to my house for the old car but I was able to show him the paperwork from the dealer. "Educated' buyers- I didn't mess up the contract you did. Then you tried to push me into another deal to get more money. I am more "educated' then you may think. I know right from wrong. Wendy-.you were wrong from the start and tried to bluff your way and bully your way thru it. Maybe you should be "educated!"
