My service rep (Victor) was fantastic and really took care of me. They sent me a text about feedback and hoping they met my expectations but haven't responded on any of crap they've neglected. Worst service of our life. We diagnosed our check engine light and it was a simple issue of replacing a thermostat. We called ahead, dropped it off Sunday for a Monday 7 am appointment, and didn't hear back until Wednesday. It doesn't sound like they honored the appointment at all. Then in the middle of the workday they said they needed the warranty information - which their office assured me they could pull from the Koons system when I called and asked specifically about that. They used that as a pretext to justify the delay in a a two hours job. It's now been ten days without our car, and we have had to babysit Koons every step of the way, calling them multiple times a day after talking to the warranty, reminding them to contact them and provide invoices, having them blame us for not providing warranty info while we were at work which caused about a six hour wait, and the Koons rep said "Well, I called but they put me on hold for so long." It's still your job! Koons also insisted we need a coolant flush but that our warranty wouldn't cover it even though it was necessary for the thermostat - then insisted we don't need to call them and check, because nobody ever covers it (???). Of course, when we did get in touch our warranty confirmed it wasn't necessary, so that's an extra $250 out of pocket that we shouldn't have allowed. Plus, our warranty said they got the invoice Tuesday morning of this week, even though Koons told me they filed the paperwork last week. We have been trying to pick up our car for three days and if I didn't continuously contact both sides I think this would go on for three more. The worst part is we'll have to take it back because their delay in ordering means the new navigation system isn't here yet, but we literally need our car. And forget a loaner, certainly nobody offered. Disrespectful, lazy, and dishonest service. More
This was our first online vehicle purchase - and it was an amazing experience! Rasheed Fard was our main sales rep, and he got the job done with minimal effort from us. And he delivered the new car to us instead of making us go get it. Every new car we've bought in the past involved spending several hours (or the whole day) at a dealership. This time: filled out some online forms, shot a few emails and texts back and forth with Rasheed, had a five minute phone call with Tracy in financing, and I was meeting Rasheed in person outside my house with our new ride by lunch time. Rasheed was great at his job - friendly and professional the whole way through. They even handled taxes and tags for the car - we DO NOT have to go to the DMV!!!! Anyways, I would highly recommend buying a car like this from Koons to anyone. Hopefully you're lucky enough to work with Rasheed. More

Great experience! Cody helped us through the buying process. Had the vehicle in mind, did a test drive with explanation of features. I just purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 Limited and could not be happier with the truck and the salesman I worked with. Scott Wasserman was absolutely top notch. I want to point out that I had a very unique situation as I brought my Ram 1500 Limited to the dealership with the buyer for the truck. So that is 2 deals in 1 coming into the dealership. Scott handled the situation beautifully. Took longer than I had hoped but I guess I should have been prepared to spend the better part of my day especially considering there were 2 deals involved. THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 5 STARS IS BECAUSE SCOTT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!! I also had the great displeasure of having to deal with a sales manager named Justin. He was pompous, rude, arrogant, and condescending in every sense. The level of arrogance was unmatched to any other car dealer I have EVER worked with. I have purchased well over 30 cars in my life and this sales manager was by far the worst. I would never be allowed to get away with speaking to a customer the way he spoke to me. Quite honestly, if it weren't for Scott, I would have never even made it to the dealership to finish the deal let alone both deals. All of that being said, if you are in the market, make sure you go see Scott and demand that Justin gets no where near the deal you are working on and you will also rate at 5 stars. More
