As I discussed with you, we have nothing to do with your lease turn-in; that must be handled with Chrysler directly. As well, you told us that you only had one payment left which we paid to Chrysler. Michaela this is most definitely an accurate description of what happened. Never once did I say I had one payment remaining. This was an assumption on the dealership end, in which would have been simply been cleared up by a 2 minute phone call for payoff. It was known I did not have my lease agreement on me at the time, and a phone call was warranted to confirm the trade information. Instead, the dealership all but lied and mislead us to believe this was done and was being handled properly. This dealership has been ripping people off left and right based solely on the reviews I'm reading. Poor customer service to make their pockets bigger. That is exactly what Koons Tyson is all about!
