In keeping with Koons Customer Service standards it is 2/22/19 and I have not received any contact from Koons Customer Relations Manager Michaela Puckett. The reply on 2/8/19 is nice for display on the Dealer Rater Site however, like past experiences with Koons, it is empty and a further example of Koons 'getting tot he bottom of what happened'.

Mark - After speaking with our team I've learned more details of your experience. From what I understand, the documents for the Virginia State Inspection were discarded post sale and the VA Safety Inspection sticker inside the windshield of the vehicle removed, because you were registering the vehicle in MD. The salesperson was unsure how to get the duplicate copy of the inspection and was told by the service department he needed to wait for the original inspector to help. I apologize for not reaching out as I thought this was resolved. We appreciate your purchase and wish you well going forward. There is absolutely no reason to contact me at this point. Even in an attempt to apologize, Stacey couldn’t manage to tell the truth (she called on 1/119 and said that her husband had called as the “commercial sales manager”...when he called, he clearly stated that he was calling as Stacey’s husband, and NOT on behalf of Koons. Also, before your salespeople make excuses by saying that the other employee had, “only been around for a month”, perhaps they should familiarize themselves with the publicly posted bio of each employee (again, refer to my review and the piece about Alan). You all have already caused enough aggravation and your apologies carry zero weight. There are other car dealers who show that they listen to their customers. You do not fall into that category.
