I went and buy a new car from them we agreed on putting 1000 dollars down for down payment that’s what I agreed with. They went head and took my gap insurance plus my maintenance refund which was 1,800 plus and lied said I agreed to used it as down payment why by we only agreed on putting 1000 dollars down, and I did pay the 1000 dollars down payment on my credit card I call them they will never agree their point was I sign the paper that saying I agree to use my gas refund and maintenance refund so since I never read the paper that was their point by taking my 1,800 plus😔 More

I had my Tacoma transmission replaced a few months ago. Since having it replaced, there is a 5-8 seconds delay engaging the transmission between Park and Drive and Reverse and Drive. I've taken it back sev Since having it replaced, there is a 5-8 seconds delay engaging the transmission between Park and Drive and Reverse and Drive. I've taken it back several times and each time they tell be the anomaly can't be repeated. Either their service staff are a bunch of idiots or they are lying about test driving the vehicle to identify the problem. The Koons family obviously doesn't care about their reputation and the Toyota brand. By the way Tacoma transmissions are notorious for having bad shifting solenoids. I'll NEVER purchase another Toyota. More

The dealerships service managers are very cordial and keep you apprised of the status of your vehicle. However, as usual, I have an issue with the service technicians. I had the 35k miles service perform keep you apprised of the status of your vehicle. However, as usual, I have an issue with the service technicians. I had the 35k miles service performed. One item of that service is check and top off fluids. Both this service and my 30k mile service, again, did not top off the fluids. My washer fluid was empty when I returned home. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, you pay pay for dealer prep. On my way home the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked the tires and all 4 were under inflated. In addition, when I opened the hood the windshield cowling was full of leafs. What I am discovering is these technicians are in a hurry to get as many cars through as possible and do not take the time to ensure all details are addressed. When I pay for service I expect to receive what I pay for. Also, if everything is not performed I then must take time away from my family to have the missed service performed. More
