I have been having VERY BAD experience with this dealership I don't know why Saturday 12/17/22 I took my vehicle for service they put a scratches on my vehicle and denied it.. service manager was very mean he refused for me to see the camera with him. I went and buy a new car from them we agreed on putting 1000 dollars down for down payment that’s what I agreed with. They went head and took my gap insurance plus my maintenance refund which was 1,800 plus and lied said I agreed to used it as down payment why by we only agreed on putting 1000 dollars down, and I did pay the 1000 dollars down payment on my credit card I call them they will never agree their point was I sign the paper that saying I agree to use my gas refund and maintenance refund so since I never read the paper that was their point by taking my 1,800 plus😔

I'm sorry, but I have lost all confidence in Koons Toyota's ability to remedy the problem with my transmission. The defect that I reported has repeated itself 10 times since returning my vehicle yesterday. The service staff consumed half a tank of gas and reported that the problem couldn't be replicated. I am now convinced that they are lying and have absolutely no intent in fixing the problem. I will never return to Koons for service or to purchase a new vehicle. I will also share this experience with all my military and government friends in the area. To me, Koons has a complete lack of integrity, something service members won't tolerate.
